The Ehime Margoto Bicycle Path's Nii-Oshima loop course has been closed due to impassable conditions caused by landslides on the west coast road in April 2024 and landslides on the east coast road in July 2024, which led to soil erosion onto the road. However, emergency repairs have now been completed on the east coast road section, so the east coast road will be temporarily lifted.
The road will be closed again when full restoration work is carried out on the east coast road in the future.

Please refer to the map below for the road closures and detours on the Oshima Circumference Road. Please note that the section of the east coast road where road closures have been temporarily lifted has narrowed, so please be careful when passing through.
